An invisible grill is a safety system composed of highly tensioned stainless steel cables installed in robust aluminium or powder-coated tracks.These cables are secured within robust aluminum tracks, providing a clean, aesthetic look that maximizes natural light and preserves unobstructed panoramic views from balconies and windows, a significant advantage over traditional, bulky metal grills.
Core Material: The cables are typically made from SS 316 marine-grade stainless steel, known for its superior strength and resistance to rust and corrosion, especially in coastal or humid areas.
Coating: The steel cables are usually covered with a thin, transparent, and UV-resistant nylon or nano-membrane coating. This protects the wires and makes them safe and smooth to the touch.
Appearance: The cables are very thin (often 2mm to 3mm in diameter) and spaced at regular, small intervals (commonly 2 to 4 inches). From a short distance, the cables are virtually unnoticeable, giving the appearance of an open space.
